Privacy Policy
Article 1 (Consent To Personal Information Retention) 
CONCOST CO.,Ltd (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company”) takes responsible steps regarding Personal Information Policy and User Agreement by making button, indicating “I agree to the terms and conditions.”. Once the user check this button then company regards this as consent to be bound by terms and conditions of this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws. 

Article 2 (Collected personal information)
The following personal information is collected to provide services regarding Online Inquiry. 
- Collected information : User(s)/Company name,  e-mail address, phone number. 

Article 3(Use Of Collected Personal Information)
Company do not expose personal information to any external party without permission from the user(s). Company collects and processes personal information for purposes set out in our Privacy Policy which includes fulfilling request from customer and providing or improving services. Collected personal information shall not be used for any additional purposes unless it is necessary for the original purposes mentioned below. And Company will notice user(s) of any revision or updates regarding retention or purposes and obtain further permission from user(s) in advance. 
- Confirming user(s) identity for using Online inquiry
- Fulfilling inquiry request via email/phone, providing information on event, new service and product (via DM, SMS, E-mail and etc)

User(s) have option to deny on the collection and use of personal information. Should user chooses not to provide personal data when Company ask, this may limit the services (i.e. Online Inquiry) and benefits that Company can offer. 

Article 4 (Personal Information Collection and Retention Period) As a rule, Company disposes personal information of users without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However if it is required to retain the information by relevant laws and regulations, such as the Commercial Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, etc. regarding consumer protection, Company may store personal information for certain period by relevant decree. In this case, Company is obligated to collect information for the very purpose and the retention period is as follows: 

∘ Record regarding contract or withdrawal of offer : Store five (5) years (The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) 
∘ Record on consumer complaints or dispute settlement : Store three (3) years (The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) 
∘ Record on collection/process, and use of credit information: 3 years (The Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information) 
Company secures the personal information of valuable users safely and disposes the personal information through the following methods to prevent exposure of customer information. The personal information printed as hard copies shall be shredded with shredders or incinerated in a furnace. And personal information stored in digital files is safely deleted using technical methods to prevent it from being restored for regenerated.
